Marketplace + smarter maker matching
2026-08-30- Instant quote now finds your nearest maker and updates your price to that maker's rates automatically. No location? Share it or type your ZIP, and change it anytime from the maker card to re-match to another area.
- If your matched maker doesn't carry a material or color you picked, we keep your choice, tell you, and can match you to the nearest maker who does.
- New Marketplace — buy ready-made and made-to-order goods and services directly from local makers, with secure Stripe checkout.
- Every maker storefront now shows its own coverage map — their pickup and local-delivery area, or their shipping range — instead of a generic one.
- The AI assistant now matches you to the maker nearest to YOU: tell it (or the new 📍 button) your ZIP or city and it re-quotes with that maker's price and pickup.
- Maker dashboard: a new Supplies page with vetted bulk-filament and shop-supply picks, plus Pirate Ship for discounted shipping labels.
- Storefront quote fixes so pickup, delivery, and payment always reflect the correct maker.
- New maker setup guides with step-by-step pictures: create a Google Business Profile, and link your bank to Stripe for payouts.
